NMEC is committed to the development of a national workforce system for the maritime industry. Our efforts to date have been funded solely through member dues and in-kind services provided by NCCER.  Below is a timeline of our progress to date, from our initial campaign to fund the development of the system to our most recent release of the Structural Fitter assessment and performance verification.
